All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive at the time of booking confirmation or upon vehicle pick-up. This document outlines specific terms, conditions, insurance information, applicable charges, and your responsibilities related to the rental. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

3. Reservations and Payments

4. Car Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Your Rental
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other risky endeavors. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Ensure the vehicle is used as intended, adhering to passenger and weight limits, and do not operate it outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Morecambe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for your rental in the past 12 months. This limitation does not affect our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
